Jeffrey Willson, MBA

Jeff served 8 years in the U.S. Navy and the following 15+ years helping thousands of borrowers understand the home loan process so they would feel confident with the financial decision to buy or refinance a home. In as little as 15 minutes, he can determine what path your loan needs to take. He is a skilled professional who loves what he does because it plays such an integral role in helping someone achieve their dream of homeownership. 



Jeff has earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University, and a Masters in Business Administration and Project Management from DeVry University. He is a pillar in his community, currently serving as a City of Vista Leadership Ambassador, a youth sports coach, and was previously a Commissioner on the Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Vista. He is passionate about helping others, but he also knows how to enjoy life as he travels with his family exploring new places, snowboarding, and fishing.

Matt Willson

Mortgage Advisor

Matt manages the client’s experience after initial setup, ensuring the loans meet government guidelines and the file gets closed on time. He previously worked as a Jr. Loan Officer, Mortgage Consultant, and Branch Production Manager, giving him the skills necessary to excel in his current position. With an additional 12 years of experience in the casino industry, Matt is able to effectively communicate with clients to provide them with a stress-free journey to homeownership.



From 1998 to 2003, Matt studied Airway Science at Kansas State University, though he hasn’t flown in a while, he still holds a Private and Instrument Pilot’s Certification. He may not be navigating the skies as much these days, but he is doing an excellent job navigating clients to their dreams of owning a home. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, and most of all, hanging out with friends and family BBQing in the backyard.
